Access Health CT Hosting Middletown Enrollment Fair Monday, December 2
Annual Open Enrollment period ends December 15, 2019
- Access Health CT is hosting an Enrollment Fair in Middletown on Monday, December 2 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the AME Zion Church located at 440 West Street, Middletown.
- Events are free. No appointment necessary, walk-ins welcome (Hablamos español).
- Certified Brokers will be on site to help individuals who want a plan recommendation.

HARTFORD, Conn. (November 26, 2019)—Access Health CT (AHCT) today announced that it will host an Enrollment Fair in Middletown offering free, in-person help for people to enroll in health insurance. The event is open to the public and will be hosted at the AME Zion Church, located at 440 West Street, Middletown, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Other fairs can be found at www.AccessHealthCT.com/FindUs
