HARTFORD, Conn. (December 2, 2019)—Access Health CT (AHCT) today announced the Middletown Enrollment Fair planned for Monday, December 2 has been canceled due to inclement weather. All five Navigator Partners and Enrollment Locations are open. Enrollment Specialists are available to offer free, in-person help in Bloomfield, East Hartford, Hartford, Stamford and Waterbury.
