HARTFORD, Conn. (October 31, 2019)—Access Health CT (AHCT) today announced that Chief Executive Officer, James Michel, will visit their three Navigator Partners (enrollment locations) on Friday, November 1 marking the launch of the 2020 Annual Open Enrollment period.
